Las Dos Sirenas Brand new to the rental market this wonderful beach front four bedroom two bath home is located about 1 mile north of San Pedro in the quiet, residential area called Tres Cocos. This area is easily accessible to town by golf cart, bicycle, water taxi or walking the beach. 
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed the second with two singles, one bath, a very large kitchen living dining area, screened back porch/laundry area and a very large covered veranda facing the sea. Downstairs are two air conditioned bedrooms, each with king beds and one extra single bed, one bath, mini kitchen with fridge, coffee maker and microwave, sitting area and a large covered veranda facing the sea. 
The perfect house for big family groups or couples traveling together. Because there are no interior connecting stairways, the upstairs can be
rented separately to groups of four or less or the whole house can be rented to accommodate larger groups up to nine.
Amenities include: cable TV, DVD/VCR, phone, washer dryer, dishwasher, ice maker, private pier with palapa and privacy fenced yard. Transportation to and from the San Pedro Airstrip and maid service every other day are also included.
Rates subject to 9% government tax. Four night minimum stay requirement.
