at the edge of San Pedro Town and only 2 minutes along the beach to the
center of town.

Your home away from home is only a few minutes walk down the beach to restaurants, bars, small discos and shopping. Sorry, there are no rental cars in San Pedro - only rental golf carts which are ideal on the sandy streets. The islands main attraction is the spectacular barrier reef, one of the world's premier diving spots. Go scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, sailing, wind surfing, or spend your day relaxing in the sun, shelling, and beach combing. Take an excursion to the mainland and visit Mayan ruins, jungle streams and native woodcarvers primitive dwellings. There's much to do in this Caribbean paradise and all these attractions begin at the Sevens Seas pier. 
All 12 air-conditioned suites are facing the beautiful Caribbean Sea and
large sandy beach.
Each suite has a private bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom, living room with queen sleeper sofa, kitchen and a balcony or patio to enjoy the lovely sunsets. 
Enjoy the fresh water swimming pool or relax on the 250' pier after a hard day of diving or just
plain loafing!
We also have a private observation sun deck for enjoying the sun or watching the native birds flying overhead. Close to restaurants for those who prefer to eat out and shopping for the times you wish to self-cater.
