Debbie's Beach 
Magnificent, brand new, four bedroom, four and a half bath home, sleeps 8 comfortably. The house is positioned so that is has spectacular views of the sunrise and the sunset over the
Caribbean. It's also a leisurely 10 minute walk up the beach to Capricorn Restaurant and 20 minutes to the Palapa Bar to the south. The master bedroom is on the upper level as well as a
wonderful large kitchen, living area and den with extensive reading library, cable television and DVD. The lower level has three bedrooms, each with a full bath, and there is an extra half bath.
 Each bedroom has it's own entrance for privacy. Air conditioning in all four bedrooms and also in the den. Master bedroom has a queen bed, downstairs #1 has a queen bed, #2 has
two single beds and #3 has two singles that can also be made into a king. Private pier. Beachside Jacuzzi / hot tub. Two bikes for guest use. On site caretaker for security and assistance.
Maid service every other day. Because of the floor plan it's possible to use the house as a two bedroom making it appealing to smaller groups. This configuration would include the master
bedroom upstairs and the #3 downstairs bedroom with two singles that can be converted to a king.
Sleeps a maximum of 8 comfortably. Debbies Beach is located about 1 mile north of San Pedro in the quiet, residential area called Tres Cocos. This area is easily accessible to town by golf cart, bicycle, water taxi or walking the beach. Rates: May 1 - Nov. 14 4 bedroom option: $2700.00 per week or $385.72 per night 2 bedroom option: $2000.00 per week or $285.71 per night Nov. 15 - Apr. 30 4 bedroom option: $3200.00 per week or $457.14 per night 2 bedroom option: $2500.00 per week or $357.14 per night Rates subject to 9% government tax.
