The Villas at Banyan Bay is an all suite hotel and is only a 15 minute walk along the beach south of the town of San Pedro (about 1 1/2 miles), located at Mar De Tumbo beach, one of the best beaches on the island.

Each large unit has more than 1,000 square feet, with two full bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms (one with a Jacuzzi tub). The Villas feature two bedroom accommodations commanding panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and the Great Belize Barrier Reef. These spectacular beachfront villas are complete with fully equipped kitchens, spacious living areas, comfortably appointed bedrooms, private bathrooms and Jacuzzis in the master baths.

This British Caribbean style, resort is unmistakably contemporary in its design. All the spacious suites have 2 bedrooms and 2 bath with a jacuzzi tub and shower in the master bedroom. Full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, etc. Large verandas overlooking the crystal-clear waters and the reef. Our large, 3-level resort pool is the perfect way to cool off. The spacious front and rear verandahs provide spectacular views of the villa's extensive white sand beach and the Caribbean Sea.

	Luscious tropical landscaping surrounds the private grounds and there is a large freshwater pool which is multi-depth and has a swim up bar. There is a private dock for access to reef diving or snorkeling and fishing trips.

Seaward is a clean, clear beach with a shower rinse for guests. With daily maid service, 24 hour security, and golf cart rentals on-site the Villas at Banyan Bay is one of the best resorts on Ambergris Caye - very quiet and private, perfect for the ultimate getaway.
