North Palms is a small and cozy one bedroom, one bath cottage located 6 miles north of San Pedro.

Perfect for honeymooners or suitable for a couple with one or two children as there is a queen sized futon in the living area.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed.

The house is newly remodeled, air conditioned, fully furnished kitchen, phone, ceiling fans and TV/VCR. A short walk down the beach to restaurants and resorts.

Maid service included once during the week but available more often upon request.

Transportation to and from the San Pedro Airstrip included.

Rates:

November 15-April 30
$1500.00 per week (7nights) + 9% government tax

May 1 to November 14
$1200.00 per week (7nights) + 9% government tax

Four night minimum stay requirement
