Brianna's Beach House is a quaint and charming beachfont house located north of town overlooking the enchanting blue hues of the Caribbean Sea. This is not just a house but a HOME, completely equipped with a full kitchen, full bathroom and all the amenities needed. Brianna's Beach House is comfortably furnished with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and one has a queen, both are air conditioned. If needed this house can accommodate 6 guests as there is a sofa bed that pulls out to a queen sized bed. Amenities include: microwave, barbecue, television and cable, phone ceiling fans throughout and a/c in both bedrooms. There is hot and cold water, a completely fenced yard for the little ones and bicycles for the young at heart and the energetically minded. There is a veranda too where you can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee while overlooking the enchanting beauty of the Caribbean Sea and the Belize Barrier Reef. Transportation from the San Pedro airstrip and every other day maid service is included. Rates: May 1 - Nov. 14- $1,000.00 US + 9% tax per week (up to 6 persons) -or- $142.86 US + 9% tax per night (4 night minimum) Nov. 15 - Apr. 30- $1,350.00 US + 9% tax per week (up to 6 persons) -or- $192.86 US + 9% tax per night (4 night minimum)
